Beth Knudson is a Yoga Therapist dedicated to teaching you to trust the navigation system within yourself. She sees clients one-on-one and teaches classes and workshops in the Philadelphia suburbs and in Fort Worth, TX
She has been serving clients in a fitness and wellness capacity for over 10 years, specializing in body awareness, acceptance, appreciation, and understanding.
In addition to her experience and training in the alternative health field, she has 15 years of experience in team building, management, and leadership gained in the corporate world.
