Meditation Made Simple will address all of these common problems people of today are suffering from. Anyone can learn to meditate! It doesn”t take long and it”s not difficult – its simply a matter of finding a technique that works for you as an individual.

During this workshop you will: understand how meditation will benefit you, appreciate how easy it is, explore a few simple techniques to discover which work for you, enjoy results very quickly and easily and leave feeling like you have a tangible practice to take home.

Siddiqa Salter is a meditation, yoga, breath work and spiritual life coach whose dedicated her life to helping people re-connect to their power, sense of purpose and feeling alive and well.
