Learn how to take control of your mind and gain energy back though an accessible, in-depth training in mindfulness. This series is a great way to get started with mindfulness training.
This multi-week course in mindfulness promotes stress reduction, health, self-awareness and well-being. This is a highly participatory, experiential and practical course includes:

Guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices
Gentle stretching and mindful yoga
Inquiry exercises to enhance awareness in everyday life
Group dialogue and small group exercises
Home assignments
